We now have our eShop open for business! This is very exciting for us, as we really hope you find our our offerings unique, and interesting for your business. Which brings us to why we carry what we do. In looking at offerings from other shops, we realized a few things. Firstly, unique products are rarely offered, and the focus usually is only on strings, or other entry level products and "consumables". Beyond this, most sites are just a bunch of online catalogs, and unfortunately under descriptive. We believe that offering unique products that are NOT IN STOCK at other distributors, or online shops and stores is what the purpose of our shop is. We are trying to bring together exclusive products all in one place, so you can truly get many items you just could not find locally, or even in Europe.

We are just in the process of updating our site launched last year, so for the next months you will see a lot happening, mostly focused on media. We have much to add, but unfortunately it will take some time to get all our resources for you up here and in useful form. We have a bit of that perfectionist attitude and we want the only the best for you here. The good news is our site is always changing and more coming online all the time, so keep following us here, and check back with us to see what is new. Our twitter feed is being run by Robert should be giving you some interesting information all the time, and we will post some updates about the site there, so follow us on twitter and facebook through the links to the left of this article. Our podcast list is should soon be growing, as should be our photos and videos.

Our goal is firstly and foremost to create business partnerships where we both benefit. The Win-Win philosophy. Of course everyone says this, if they have heard of this type of negating skill. Usual business is more commonly conducted on in a Win-Lose structure, where one partner in an interaction gains more than the other one. A good example is a sales person selling someone something they don't really need, but it benefits their company. The salesman has done his job, and likely profits from the sale. The purchaser may even initially feel they have "won" by getting some type of deal or by the information the sales person told them. This method of negotiation usually results in short term advantage for the winner. It also generally means the needs of the "loser" is not met in some way. It also usually comes from not listening and learning from the customer their business and their needs.
We want to be of value to you, from our first transaction with you. Long term business is what we aim for. This, as in any relationship can only be done built on trust, understanding, and mutual benefit. Give us a chance to become your partner in your business. Your success is ours too! |
