We now have our eShop open for business! This is very exciting for us, as we really hope you find our our offerings unique, and interesting for your business. Which brings us to why we carry what we do. In looking at offerings from other shops, we realized a few things. Firstly, unique products are rarely offered, and the focus usually is only on strings, or other entry level products and "consumables". Beyond this, most sites are just a bunch of online catalogs, and unfortunately under descriptive. We believe that offering unique products that are NOT IN STOCK at other distributors, or online shops and stores is what the purpose of our shop is. We are trying to bring together exclusive products all in one place, so you can truly get many items you just could not find locally, or even in Europe.

Because we are international, we hope the same is true of North American customers shopping with us as well. We are not  saying you couldn't find similar or possibly the same products else where(but we do have a lot of exclusive products for world distribution). But when shopping with us, we actually process the order from our in stock inventory. We believe this is the service aspect we can offer, that others may be missing. Also, when looking around our shop we hope you notice the full descriptions and uses of products as well as the multimedia aspects we bring to the shop, like on the listing of the Violin Peg Shaper You will see a full demonstration video and multiple pictures of the product, and PDF versions of the manual in various languages. This is the type of information we hope to provide so our customers can make an informed decision when purchasing from us. We have seen many shops that have five word descriptions, no pictures,  and no video. In this day of multimedia available readily in every other industry shop, we are trying to match your best web experience when shopping with us.

Products are chosen on many factors. Here are some that a product must provide to be listed with us:

1. Useful for you - If it is not something we believe will make your life easier, business more efficient, or simply better, we don't stock it.
2. The best product offered for a given problem - We like to think we are solution providers with service. We review and have many years experience in the music industry covering all facets. We know there is a lot of mediocre stuff out there. Our offerings are the top quality and have the most advanced features, or at a minimum, offer you abilities to work more efficiently. Or they inform you with new information, as in the case of our books, like the Stradivari Varnish book.
3. IN STOCK - We are not trying to have a eShop that only lists a bunch of products, that you cannot actually buy today.The Internet brought about an easy way to have an online catalog, but nothing necessarily about actually have products to sell. We stock what we sell, or in the worst case, need 24-48 hours to get the product to ship. If we are out of stock, it is likely we are waiting for an order, and we inform you of that on the shop directly before you purchase. We don´t just that we just sit back, wait for you to give us money, then order it. That is not offering a service.
4. Hassle Free - We know you could solve the problem of lets say "what is the best flight case for a violin." With research, you would come up with BAM cases. Then wonder about pricing, and troll the Internet, finding wildly varying prices, with and with out taxes, international offerings vs local ones, under descriptive listings, weird - model numbers, etc. Then you would have to find a STOCKING dealer locally or at least in your continent. You would arrive at the same place you are reading now... we hope. That's our point in offering it to you, doing all that work, so you can just enjoy the right product for your needs.

We hope this information gives you the why we have an eShop. It is supposed to be a service for you, we feel is what our main duty is to you. We research products, test products, and give you the ability to buy them hassle free.
