When setting up your account, please make sure to fill in your VAT number, this will automatically take off the billing of VAT on the shop listings and the final billing. This is verified automatically on the site.
IF the user registration is not able to verify your VAT number don't worry. Just follow the directions below.
First you finish your order on our eShop, and please confirm it as normal through the checkout procedure. Please choose the payment method Credit Card or Bank Transfer and MOST IMPORTANTLY write your VAT number in the comment field of the order and confirm our General terms of delivery and sales. We will ONLY charge your credit card without Value Added Taxes(VAT). If you place your order, your credit card account is not charged at that time, it is a reservation only, until we confirm your VAT number, and then we charge your credit card on date before sending the order to you. For payments done via Bank Transfer, we will only ship once we have proof of receipt of payment on our account, we generally ship with in one day of that confirmation. This may take as little as a day, or as long as a week, depending on the country of payment, bank used for payment, etc.
In the shipment, we will process the invoice without VAT, once verified manually by Serving Audio.
For International Customers, by placing an order via our shop and putting a shipping address outside of the EU, you will automatically be invoiced VAT free. All Duties, local, federal and required tariffs will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt. Please consult your local government office on import tariffs to verify amounts, and
