We have noticed a one wierd thing when creating an account, and are working to get it corrected, but for now it is just a bug, and it is simple to work around. The system should be auto completing a list of Provinces or States in the County field when you select the Country, but it only does that once you hit the continue button and all the information is filled in. You will have to redo the State or Province then from the drop down list, and re-enter your password and continue on from there.


Firstly when creating an account, and you get to the "County" it is actually asking for a State or Province.

  1.  Fill out all the information in the Registration form until you get to the COUNTY field, skip that, and  "Select the country" first from the drop down list first, and then type in the State or Province  in the COUNTY field as a full name not an abbreviation, if you don't get a drop down list after you select your country.
  2.  If selecting the country first gives you a drop down list for the state or province in the COUNTY field, the registration will go as normal.
  3.  We are getting back reports that some browsers don't act the same at this stage, and the drop down list is missing for the COUNTY.
  4.  Fill in your password and click continue.
  5.  It may ask you for a County(State or Province) at this point, but the pull down list should now be there, so no typing will be needed now, just select from the drop down list.
  6.  Retype your password as well and click the Continue button bottom right.

Everything should be normal from here on to check out.
