10. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Robert Weindl , we will send you an e-mail/fax confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail/fax confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

11.Returns
Returns have to be made public with in 2 weeks of delivery.
Right to return
You can revoce the contract within 2 weeks, without writtenstatement. Returning the object to the sender is statement enough.
The period begins with the reading of this Paragraph or by reciept of the merchandise. It is enough to inform Robert Weindl of your return in a ritten manner or by sending back the merchandise.

Consequences ot he return.
In the event of a lawfull return all benefits that have resulted previous to the return must also be surendered, or maybe are subject to liabilty towards Robert Weindl.
It possible to return only parts or a diminished product, Robert Weindl may ask compansation. Normal inspection (like in a phsical store) of the product does not clasify as diminisching use. This situation can be avoided if the goods are treated as if they where not your property.
Sendable goods are to be sent back at Robert Weindl’s risk.
As to the cost of basic standard shipment, these will be taken care of by Robert Weindl.

Special notice:
With a service the right to return expires quicker, especially when Robert Weindl hast facilitated the service with your expressed concent and the service was rendered prior to the usual expiry date (for example Beginn of a download).

Eclusions to the right of return
custum manufactured items, that have a speficic individual use.
Delivery of audio/video material
Delifery of Journals, Magazines, ect.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with the return policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Robert Weindl will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven-day (Eu staute) cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

12. Pricing and availability
We only list availabil products or state the status of future availability as exaclly as possible. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

All prices are EXCLUSIVE VAT unless stated otherwise.

13. Customs
When ordering goods from Robert Weindl for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Robert Weindl , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
